Good Afternoon to All,

I am preparing our I-751 package together  with my husband (from Denmark).  I am gathering up some supporting documents regarding our marriage, and am creating a Living Will designating him as my health care representative. At the end of the document, it suddenly also asks me if I want to appoint a conservator for if I become incapacitated. I looked up conservatorship on the web and found it to be confusing and expensive, and to be honest its a hassle for us to have any more financial burdens at this time so I'd like to avoid it. I am planning on including my Living Will with my supporting documents for the I-751, but I'm just not going to add any conservatorship in it at this time (it seems to be optional according to my state's law here in CT).

My question is: does my decision NOT to appoint a conservatorship in my living will look badly to a immigration authority? After all I still have completed the living will, and appointed my husband as my health care representative. I've also made a power of attorney granting him authority.. So is the lack of conservatorship thing in the living will a big deal?

I hope I made sense, and appreciate any wisdom that comes my way. Thanks!
