Hi Everyone

 

My fiancee completed her medical exam and vaccination.  She received an EMS package containing the following:

* Chest x-ray CD in sealed white CD envelope.

* White copy of the vaccination documentation worksheet that indicates U.S. vaccination requirement is COMPLETE 

* yellow vaccination record with physicians signature.

 

 

IS the hospital sending her any more document?  I am guessing that the hospital is sending the medical exam results directly to the U.S. consulate where we will go for the visa interview?

Nevermind folks. , we received a blue envelope which appears to be the medical exam results along with the documents mentioned above.  :D
