OMG , Congratulation !

How come mine is not moving yet?

How did you do it? Did you file online ? I am from SF and file to Phoenix. Is it delay because of filed office ? Or is it because you have been in US 10 yrs? I have been in US for 6.

Man, now I am worry!

I filled through paper but USCIS moved my application to electronics.. After my interview, I got the notice for the ceremony , 6 days from my appt. Everything went very smooth. No other questions exept my travel.I go outside the country almost every quarter..or maybe because of almost 10 yrs LPR IDK for sure.

Maybe you will get yours anytime from today :)

You don't have to be concerned, remember that every case is different as well as every field office workload.

How long ago did you submit your application and get the biometrics done?

Correct, you don't have to be concerned. It could take from 12 to 18 months from start to finish, sometimes less depending of the field office workload. You are still in the time frame.

Be patient, I know it is frustrating but you are legally living here, so, I don't see any reason to worry about it.

Best regards,

Z

Hi everyone,

Neither the N400 instructions nor the interview letter mentions it, however watching the interview videos I noticed the IO asked for the Social Security card to one person along with their passports and green card, what documents you guys suggest me to present during my interview based on 3 years marriage?

I was asked for my passport and driver´s license, and then when she went through the form, I was asked to orally verify my social security number. That´s all. I did have my physical card with me, just in case.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Hi Nikkosan,

Could you please list the document you brought to the interview, was it based on 3 years marriage?

It was based on 3-year marriage, and we also had a pending ROC which was taken care of BEFORE the citizenship interview.

I brought the documents listed on the interview appointment letter (the ones pertaining to me in RED):

You MUST BRING the following with you to the interview:

• This letter.

• Your Alien Registration Card ("green card").

• Any evidence of Selective Service Registration.

Your passport and/or any other documents you used in connection with any entries into the United States.

• Those items noted below which are applicable to you: If applying for NATURALIZATION AS THE SPOUSE of a United States Citizen;

Your marriage certificate.

• Proof of death or divorce for each prior marriage of yourself or spouse.

Your spouse's birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship.

If applying for NATURALIZATION as a member of the United States Armed Forces;

• Your discharge certificate, or form DD214. If copies of a document were submitted as evidence with your N400 application, the originals of those documents should be brought to the interview.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Update:

Went to the infopass today and asked them what is and where can I get this so called “advisory opinion” letter, and they told me it’s just the status of infortmation letter..... then why not just call it that.

The officer was was very helpful told me I could and should submit the documents they requested (status of infortmation letter & statement signed and dated) today, so I did. And hopefully they get them and I get some sort of approval(I pray).

I will update you guys if anything new.
