So he basically asked me for a paper that doesn’t exist, idk what to do😕 I’ve made an info pass to speak to someone about this march 15 and hopefully I’ll have an update with some good news then. 

How long the whole process took with you till the interview date?

Applied by mail October 2017 biometrics November in line quickly after that and interview was scheduled in Jan and interview was March.

I read in a citizenship book that second interviews are sometimes required if there are any remaining questions after an RFE or something similar.  They are not common and I don't remember reading about any real-life experiences here.  It sounds like you're getting extreme vetting my friend.

P.S. For your information, if you want to find where something has been said, simply cut and paste the portion of text in which you're interested into google using quotation marks ("Since January 1995, the SSS has been issuing “status information letters", indicating an applicant's Selective Service status, in lieu of the previous system of "advisory opinion letters"), and then hit search. Google will look for the exact words you typed, in the same exact order. ;)

For paper Chicago filers they are processing mid-may 2017. If you are a paper filer then it takes 9-10 months to get an interview notice.

The timeline process for the offices on uscis website is wrong or May be they don't follow it and process the cases randomly because I know people got their interview date while the processing time for this office is way far behind!!

As of December 31, 2017 Chicago is processing March 7, 2017. This is what the uscis website is showing. These processing times are delayed by a few months. As far as I know Chicago has reached May 2017 applications. 

 

If you appied in Oct and are a paper applicant then you will probably receive an interview notice in July 2018. 

 

My husband is a late May 2017 applicant from Chicago and is still waiting for an interview.
