I got the first NOA but does not say any instruction (just my name, date of birth and address) and the receipt number is something like NBC*00231242 and that's it so when I try to look it online says that I need 14 character length

Received my biometrics letter via online today.  Still waiting for my hard copy letter.  Can I do a walk-in with a printed online copy?  Looks exactly the same.  Never done a walk-in before, any idea whether Hackensack, NJ allows it?  It's always been quiet when I've gone in the past.

I have to go to the same office.. let me know if they take u as a walk in!!! thanks

i made an online acc with my case number but it’s not been updated since they sent my NOA. 

I also did not get any instructions for online account in my NOA. Its not clear to me why some people are getting those instructions and others are not.

The acceptance confirmation email says it ti being routed to "Harrisburg Storage Center" too, but the check my status tool says it is being processed at "Integrated Operating Env location". Interesting...

Just got back from the Hackensack, NJ office.  Walked in and out in 5 mins.  Not a single other applicant in the building.  Staff were all very nice and had no issues that I used a printed letter from my online account or that I was 12 days early.  I recommend giving it a try @viajero

that's cool, I'm schedule on Nov 16, so I'll try this coming Tuesday to see if I can get my Interview app sooner

Can someone update the list with my info below? My receipt and biometric notice finally came in the mail today. The receipt was torn in 2 pieces, but the biometric was intact.
