Hi! We sent our petition earlier this month and received our NOA1 about a week ago. We sent a copy of the first page of his passport as proof of citizenship, but I am now just reading on this forum that it should've been copies of all pages?!

We also sent a copy of his birth certificate, but to me it looked too simple so we weren't sure if it was a copy of the original one, that's why we sent both documents.

Please help!

In the VJ guide (part 8) it's recommended to send copies of all pages of the passport OR back and front of the BC. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

However, you might be fine anyway. Your case might end up with someone who thinks the bio page of the passport is enough, it has happened before.

Either way, there's no way of knowing until you either receive an RFE or an approval. So there's nothing you can do but wait.

If you sent both the copy of birth certificate and passport front page, you should be fine. Either way there's nothing for you to do now but wait for feedback from USCIS. Good luck!

I've also heard copies of all pages.

I hope your fiance's Birth Certificate doesn't state, "Verified Fraudulent" at the top. :)
