Is the I-751 right form?

Hubby and I got married in India and I filed a I130 and that has been approved. He been here in the USA now for almost 2 years and his greencard will expire in December. I wanted to make sure we are filling the right form to remove his conditions I believe. I also have question about pictures. I have alot of vacation pictures together. Do I need to print all the pics of the places we gone or just the ones of us together?

as long as you downloaded the form from the uscis.gov website then you'll be fine. Picture is a secondary evidence and actually not necessary, but you can include them on your application just make sure you dont send too much. I can say 15 pictures each year would be fine, just be creative by adding information about the picture that you will send.

The I751 is the correct form to remove conditions from a 2year GC.  As Lemon23 mentioned, go to the USCIS website to make sure you have the latest version.  I also agree with Lemon23 regarding the photos, just pick a few over the 2 years and caption them accordingly.
