My fiancee has her K1 visa. She has two children (under age 7) who will be traveling with her from Cebu, Philippines and they K2 visas. She has scheduled the CFO seminar for 12 October 2017. My question is how does she get the sticker/completion form for the children?

As long as they aren't over the age of 12,  they don't have to attend.  But your fiance needs to take their passports to the seminar in order to receive the stickers that are needed, and also pay the fee.

True.  My fiancee just did her GCP today.  The kids have to wait until they get their visas.  They are 17 and 14.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Children 12 y.o. and under need only be registered to get the sticker, they can NOT be registered until your have the passports with visas.

Must we register the children also, ages 4 and 6, for the CFO at Cebu or should my fiancee just take the passports?

Once she has the passports with visa, she can got to CFO, complete the registration from and the sticker will be affixed (paying a fee of course ;) )
