any help being put in AR

HELLO EVERYONE...

hope you can give me any advice what to do being put in AR,after the consul interview she did not even told me i was in AR,but i notice she give me a white whole bond papers stating that"wait tell u hear from us"that is what they check in a centain part below the bond paper ,but i wonder why they still inform me to pay the delbros for the delivery of my visa.and the consul also told me that it will take 3 to 6 months to wait before they will approve my visa and they also told me they need to review my papers first,if so why it takes 3 to 6 to wait for me to apporve?i feel very sad this time i read similar case as mind being in AR,and told to wait for they same timeline but it is already lap they lenght of time they tols us to wait,its very very frastrating and unfair for us...why we should wiat for so long if they only need to review.hope my fellow members in VJ cud give me some ideas what will i do now, and if you have any idea also how long will it takes those who have the same case as mind....thanks and god bless...

This is something normal, i had my interview andthey told me same thing AP and after 2 monthswe will contact you nowthe twon months is over and still waiting. There is nothing you can do just live your life and do yoru work tillthis months over and they will contact you.

when is ur interview,did they releave ur visa already?it is exactly 2 months of waiting that they apporve ur visa already?in the couple of days waiting,what did u do,do you always contacted the embassy to check the status of ur visa?and one more thing to ask,did the consul tell u what are some lacking of ur documents,or neve said u anything....hope to hear back from u again....

Mu husband and I are in the same situation as you. He had his K3 interview last Monday 4-16-07 in Amman, Jordan. They gave him a 221g slip told him to wait 3 weeks for a call back. No real explanation was given as to what is meant, etc. I only found out more about it here on VJ. Yes, it is frustrating...VERY, but i guess we just have to be patient...AGAIN. We thought he would be issued his visa right away and would be her by now. How disappointing and frustrating. But it sounds good if they told you to pay for the delivery of your visa...according to other VJers.

Anyway, I cant offer any advice as I am inthe same situation as new to VJ, sorry. I hope you find out more

I had my interview in Feb 10th, they officer told me your paper is complete "i hope its true" and we just need to do AP.

I kept emailing them every 2 weeks but till now nothing . I do not know if they will give me the visa or not but i already paid for the DHL, who knows?

Having you pay DELBROS and keeping your passport is probably a good sign. Maybe there was something missing or something unusual with the name match and they were ordering another document from the Filipino government. Good luck

As you probably read, we are in the same boat as you as well.

The only thing is every time I have tried calling, all I have gotten is no information, cant help you, or cant get thru. I guess after reading your posts, they told you 3 to 6 months to resolve this?

Can that really be true, what in the world is with that? I was told by others in forums that this is a 4 to 6 week delay. If it truly is a 6 month delay...then I dont know what I will do. Has anyone tried their elected officials at this point, or is this a total waste of time?

Up to 6 months is like going thru this whole thing all over again, I dont get it.

That is like taking your life and flushing it down the drain, and living your life is not living knowing you are approved, and a wife sitting half way across the world crying and lonely.

I am so sorry I ran across this forum, now I am really depressed.

If this takes 6 months i will probably be committed by then, and considered crazy.

God help all of us then...

We have been on AP/AR almost 5 month and there is nothing we can do but wait !

No pink slip was given and the passport not kept.

This is so hard to deal with.

Maybe you are right, and you are truly blessed.

Wish that Embassy check really worked for everyone though.

All I keep being told is that their has been no updates put in the system, and their is nothing they can tell me.

But to all the others, it is a good idea to contact them and try.

I have no idea what is so secretive that i cant be told what is going on with our case, but what can I do.

The important part is that another is on her way to becoming one of the many who have found their place in the world.
