I am preparing I-134 affidavit of support that is required for K-1 visa interview. I have questions regarding question #22 and #26. I submitted I-134 for my mom and dad in 2006 for their tourist visa. The visa has expired now and my Dad passed away more than 3 years ago. Do I still have to mention both of them for #22, or just my mom or none? For #26, is it enough to just put my fiance's information, or should have to include my Parent's info as well?

Anyone has run into issues missing out reporting these info intentionally or accidentally? Also, I don't know if I submitted I-864 or I-134 for my ex (greencard application in US consulate in India - consular processing and entered USA as Immigrant in 2003; back then I don't know if I-864 was even there), but she is a citizen now; so, I am safely assuming that I don't have to list her here.

thanks for your help
