Have you tried calling them? what do they say?

you should call and make sure they haven t lost ur file. you have every right to call and bit*ch them out.

get a lawyer if needed.

Thank you for the concern, everyone.

We have, of course, called them many times... the process is just stuck at a very preliminary background check stage, something that rarely happens. I know of only one other case that's stuck like ours and don't have the NOA2 after months, and months of waiting...

I feel your pain. I know exactly what you are feeling. I hope that we hear something soon. This process is really making me lose my marbles. I know Zima was stuck for a long time also but he never told us why. I wish he would come back and enlighten us, maybe there is something he did to get moving. I know that you and me both have tired to turn every corner and use every resourse e have for help, but its all been a dead end. The worse part about this is that no one gives us any hope as to when this nightmare will end. Its so unfair. I really really hope that some good news comes our way this year. Im rooting for you and I have you in my prayers.

Hmmm...

I'm getting paranoid with this. I didn't need a waiver for IMBRA or anything because it doesn't apply to me. But, I'm still paranoid. If worse comes to worse, I'll just have to move to my wife's country.

Why are you even para? From the looks of your timeline you are just a baby in the water when it come to your NOA1. No need to be para, besides you have already been transfered! Being transfered means there is an approval coming soon. We are still stuck at MSC since of last year!

I was in a chat room last night and one of the ladies there was talking about a case that took 17 months.~~ sigh if that is the case that means we only have 7 months more to go ~~~ BUT GOD IS GREAT HE WILL HELP US SOON.

If somebody tells me in black and white that it will take 6 more months, or even 8 months, I think I can handle the waiting sanely. But the "unknowable-ness" of the whole thing is soooo uggggggggggggghhhhhh!!!
