Question regarding I 130

Hello all, can someone help me with a question I have please?!

I'm a US citizen petitioning for my dad and my step mom. They were married before I turned 18. My question is: what do I put in the Parents section of the I130? My father's info and my step moms info, or my biological mothers info? I was not legally adopted or anything by mum step mom. 

So on both I130 I have to put my dad and step mom as parents?
