Yes. That expiration date is the OMB expiration date for comment. You are not the Office of Management and Budget (and if you were, you wouldn't be just filling it out :P).

Lol, thanks!! Anyway I have a question, do I need to fill g325A for I-130 application?  I know it is no longer need for I-485, I am not sure with I-130. Thank again.

No, the G-325A is no longer used for an I-130. A spouse beneficiary needs to fill in an I-130A now, though.

I have a question for I-130- we live at Dayton Ohio.. there’s a question about filing an adjustment of status to that of lawful resident at the USCIS office in: ? 

I put Dayton, I’m not sure if that is right. I don’t think there is USCIS in Dayton, shall I put Cincinnati instead?
