Currently waiting for NOA2 and reading up on the steps after. In our situation, my fiancée lived and worked in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, she obtained Police clearance documents from both at one point and now lives and works in Ireland. The Police Clearance covers the entire time she lived in those countries, but I believe both are past 12 months old. Do we need to get new Police Clearance documents from Saudi and Jordan?  Thanks in advance.

First, has she returned to KSA or Jordan in any form? If not, the police certs should still be accepted.

"Important: Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued. "

As for KSA, the reciprocity schedule states that it is not required if you are not a citizen and no longer a resident there (since you must apply in person within KSA).

"Exceptions:  Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom."

No such exclusion applies to Jordan, so you'll need to provide that.
