Hey everybody ...

i hope you all doing fine and well ..

i have a question and i wish that any one could help me

i recevied the approval notice for I-129 k3 and I-130 in 12/12/2006

and they make me an interview date in 10/04/2007

i didn't pass the interview and the consular action was ...

i didn't convince them of my relationship with my petitioner

and my file will be returned to the approving center for review

now i want to ask ..

1- how long it takes before they send the file to USA ???

2- what are the reviwng steps and how long it take ??

3- does that mean i can be scheduled Visa again soon ???

4- any other further information who has about this situation and i will be grateful for who wants to help

please i need to know what is the next step !

It varies by country, how long they keep the file in country before returning it. If it leaves for the USA, the process is long and success is slim. Your best option is to hire a local immigration attorney in Jordan who regularly works with the Embassy there. That will be the best chance of reversing the decision before it is returned.
