Hello everyone I’m new to this and I really would like to know if I have an opportunity. I’ve live in the U.S for 28 years of my life since I was 4 I am 32 now. Went to school here but didn’t get the chance to finish (one of my biggest regrets) due to me having to work to help my parents at 17. Been working ever since just for a few years now finding a good job been difficult, with three kids and a wife now things are getting harder. I been legally married for six years and we have three kids together 13, 10 and 7 ,  no criminal background only thing I can think of is driving without a license. With living my hole life here and feeling as American as the next and not being able to find a good decent job to help provide is devastating.

hi

so why didn't you apply for DACA in 2012? now it's too late, but at least you would've been temporarily legal for 5 years.

you wasted an opportunity of a lifetime if you didn't

now the only option you have, is to have your interview in your country, but before you leave, you have to file the i601A waiver and your wife file a hardship letter with evidence

Could have done a GED sounds like he was not eligible for DACA, agree I 601A and a trip home.
