When will USCIS  update form 6/30/17 for I-765?

They just now updated it-

I-765	Application for Employment Authorization	Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]	September 1, 2017

If in the end of November they were working in September cases, then 2 months later they really should be working in October/ November cases. Although, I am still waiting.

I didn't get my EAD/AP approval until 92 days later from PD date(Oct 17th). Some people who filed later than I did got theirs first. Some are still sitting on 100+ days. There really is no longer a rhyme or reason to USCIS timeline.

I hope you guys get yours already and who ever else is waiting.

Receipt date is 10/4/17 for I-765.

this data they posted is as of November 30th.

Technically that chart is as of November 30th. If we add 2 months to it, that puts them at atleast November 1st, so it should be anytime now.

For myself personally? Ive been entering my receipt number every day here: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Until Jan 10th,all 3 were coming up invalid, so no way to track anything. At that point, the tracker for my AoS registered saying "As of January 9, 2018, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status for interview." Nothing since, but it can take anywhere from a month or two up to a year to get an appointment depending on where your getting interviewed.  The tracker is unreliable at best; Id give USCIS a shout if you're curious about where you stand.

Just got my greencard in the mail.

 

Mailed in my application October 24th, 2017.

NOA1 date was October 26th, 2017.

Biometrics November 24th, 2017.

EAD came December 26th, 2017.

I-485 Interview January 23rd, 2018.

Approval Notice January 27th, 2018.

Physical Conditional CF1 Permanent Resident Card arrived January 31st, 2018.

 

101 days from putting my papers in to getting my physical green card.

 

97 days from NOA1 to physical green card.

 

I feel very lucky to have had it done so quickly (compared to official timelines anyway) but I think this bodes well for other people applying in the same month, good luck to everyone and I'll probably be around posting more again when it comes to ROC.

Congratulations! I'm so envious but also so happy to see people having (relatively) speedy timelines.

 

addendum: Wow, just noticed you're NYC. It's taking most people over 200 days to get their greencard... I'm stunned!

I'm in Montana, so most definitely not under the NYC office. I'm guessing a factor in the speed of me getting to interview was being in a less populated western state.
