3. Have existing Drivers License 

4. California 

5. Did not use Atty to file papers 

6. Cheque payment 

7. Use FedEx with signature required

8. Filed AP, AED, 131, I-485

9. California fillers

 

*10/29/2017 : Mailed packet

*10/31/2017: packet received

*11/07:2017:NOA at 9pm via  text  “Case was received” 

*11/08/ 2017: money cashed out

*11:09/2017: receipt available online

*11/13/2017: 3 receipt received 

*11/14/2017: 1 receipt arrived 

*11/18/2017: biometric schedule received 

 

(11/30/2017) biometric done

 how long has it been since you received the noa 1? This happened to me and i called uscis and asked for a tier 2 officer. They will entertain your call usually if you call after 25 to 30 days of receiving the noa1. I found out my appointment schedule 1 week before the actual day i was supposed to have the biometrics si that was very fortunate. I never got my biometrics appointment letter in the mail so they faxed me my letter. I brought this to the asc office on my appointment day and it was fine.

N-400     28-Jun-21 Filed online ~ 28-Jun-21 Received NOA + "Biometrics will be re-used" notice ~ 14-Dec-21 Interview scheduled ~ 25-Jan-22 Interview. Approved. Case status: Oath will be scheduled.  ~ 01-Feb-22 Oath scheduled. ~ 14-Feb-22 Oath ceremony.

We just got an envelope and it contained my husband’s EAD! We’re so amazed at how fast it was delivered. Less than 24hrs since it was sent. 🙌🏼 Even more amazed at how fast it was processed. Currently at day 66 since our application was received, according to the tracker. 

 

Hoping for more good news for everyone here!

The issue date on his card is 12/01/17 😊

I wish we could say the same for EAD. We got an RFIE because they wanted her English (from England) birth certificate translated into English. Slowed everything down I suppose.

Hi guys. i call USCIS today and they said I needed to talk to a tier 2 officer. So they sai they would cal me back and the wait time was 60 minutes. Its been 3 hours already and nothing. Does it take this long? Should I Call again?
