I just called USCIS, because I still can't track my receipt numbers (39days), and the customer service representative told me that I need to wait at least 45 days. I am not sure if I will be able to track it even after the 45 days, but whatever, I will just stop checking for now..

i cant track mine too. :(

We got mail for RFIE for the I-864. I understand most of it. My question is the part that says: Form I-864 was not signed by the petitioner/sponsor. The petitioner/sponsor must sign and return Page 9 of Form I-864. Does that mean that we only need to print and sign page 9 or do the entire form over?

what was your rfie for?

Hey, guys, I think I have a little problem so I need your advice. My husband And I filed everything, everything was fine, we can track our case and now we are waiting for biometrics to be scheduled. but We had a problem with USPS and we didn’t get our mail for all one week so we are afraid that they sent us it and we didn’t get it. How can We check did they mail us something and are we scheduled for the biometrics?

I would call the USCIS customer service and tell about what happened to USPS, and check if it was sent or not. If it was I believe they can fax it to you (not sure).

If ir doesnt work, schedule an infopass at your local field office, go there and ask them to check it for you.

Will it deny me from submission?

Yes, they wont let you do it. Soem people say that even doing after 75 there is no result.

I raised one because they made a typo on my name for my notice and I dont want to have a ead with the wrong name. I sent 2 SR already. Over the phone and online. They were both never assisgned to anyone. Its been more than 45 days since the first one.
