According to USCIS: EAD Cat 09 is being processed as of 9/15.

According to VJ: EAD is being processed as of 8/28. I don't think VJ has the stats for Cat 9?

Which one is correct?

I am EAD Cat 9. Does this mean I should get it earlier than what VJ says?

I just called USCIS, because I still can't track my receipt numbers (39days), and the customer service representative told me that I need to wait at least 45 days. I am not sure if I will be able to track it even after the 45 days, but whatever, I will just stop checking for now..

Agreed, and I'm at the 37 day mark. What's the point of having an online tracking system if half the users' files aren't added. Thank goodness they send the appointment notices by mail. <_<

Has any October filer’s online status changed from ‘Fingerprint fee was received’ for I-485 and ‘Case was received’ for I-765?

Expand

Mine is still at Fingerprint fee received and case received. Did biometrics on 11/14, PD 10/11. I've been noticing on the tracker app that the last set of updates for October filers really was on 11/16...the week before thanksgiving.

My is the same, the tracker is not updated very often. People in september are getting EAD/AP and the case tracker still says “case received”. Hopefully all our applications are in the field office waiting to be processed already..

Yes hopefully, praying for all of us. But I kinda doubt mines since as I'm in South Florida and interviews take awhile, however I'm hoping EAD comes through quickly.
