if i'm not mistaken, you can put N/A if its not applicable. Just proceed with passport number.

I removed the notices and kept the old form. I sent everything back as is. I put the green letter on top as instructed and send everything back

My Case was recieved on 10/24, just got the letter for my bio app today 11/10. Scheduled for 11/24

Oh question, I got notified by USPS that 4 letters is coming from USCIS.. How many letters did you receive for NOAS? One for each? I131 I485 I765 and I130?

I recieved 3 because I only did I-485 I-130 & I-765 No AP

Also, on page 4 part 3- receipt number did you use the receipt number on the RFE notice you received? and page 4 part 4- what priority date are they referring to? 

 

5) derivative/principal applicant- this would not apply as i am k1 right so this will N/A as well?

I recieved my NOA on 11/7. I'm adjusting from B2 visa so I can't answer those questions. Maybe someone else can.

so i got a denial because i submitted on outdated forms (i485). however this form states it expires 12/31/2018 on the top right hand corner. is there a more recent form? 

 

Also they sent back all my other forms as well. so my entire process is on hold.

Hi,

I believe the correct/updated version of the form I-485 is the one with the expiration date 06/30/2019. That's what I used. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-485.pdf

You probably just need to resubmit the correct version of the form, I'm not sure about the whole fee situation though. Good luck!

Looks like it, my biometrics appointment is on Monday... dunno yet what is about, need to wait for the letter

Is it possible to get an Interview NOA before EAD?

 

Also, since my Biometrics were done on 11/6. How come the receipt # online still says Fingerprint fee received? That should be updated right?
