I'll have my interview on April 12th.

I was trying to get my most recent I94 but the system doesn't show the most recent entry of last August 2018 (when I used Advance Parole).
The most recent one that the system gives me it is the last time that I came back on a F1 visa in 2016.

I cannot also retrieve my travel history.. the system says "no record found for traveler".

Did this happen to someone else?

thanks!

 I130 approved 10/18/2016 - PD 07/11/2016

My AOS timeline: I-765, I-131, I-485

10/12/17:Package sent

10/17/17: Package received

10/24/17: NOA received. Priority date: 10/23/17

10/30/17: Biometric appointment notice

11/13/17: Biometric appointment done

So we did the interview, brought in everything. The only thing he asked for are things showing joint accounts, bills taxes. Took 2 photos that’s it.

Questions he asked:

1. Names both me and spouse

2. Work and what you do and where

3. where do you live

4. Last trip, have the last date you entered the United States. Available with I-94

5. How did we get to the interview

then he gave me a slip saying

“Your case is being held for review”

and that we’ll find out in a week or two.

Awesome! Congrats :) Do you plan to redo your medical? (Noticed you are K1 also.)

I actually was wondering if we had to redo, I was thinking of giving USCIS a call.

If anyone knows if we have to redo please chime in!

The best I could figure out is that it's not legally necessary but plenty of officers still give you RFEs if you don't bring one. But it's a confusing topic to research, so I'm not sure.

I did find these links about it which all the say the same thing:

Quote

K and V nonimmigrants applying for adjustment of status are not required to repeat the medical examination if the application was filed within one year of the date of the original medical examination, and:

The medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition; or

The applicant received a conditional waiver in conjunction with the K or V nonimmigrant visa or the change of status to V and the applicant submits evidence of compliance with the waiver terms and conditions. [27]

....

Even if a new medical examination is not required, applicants must still comply with the vaccination requirements if the vaccination record was not included as part of the original medical examination report. If the vaccination report was properly completed at the time of the overseas examination, the officer may accept the vaccination assessment completed by the panel physician.

An applicant’s overseas medical examination report completed by a panel physician should already be in the applicant’s A-file. If it is not in the A-file, the officer should request the medical examination report through a Request for Evidence (RFE).

That all sounds pretty convincing! We're leaning towards just redoing just to be super safe. If you decide to to not redo it, I can try to update in this thread re: whether or not they ask for it after our interview on May 4th.
