I have an interview on March 13th. I have a question about the medical examination. Before I moved to US I did medical examination for K1 Visa. I submitted the copy of DS 3025 and vaccination record with I-485. Do I need to do medical examination again and fill up the I-693 form for the interview? I have searched about it, but I couldn't get the right information for me. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Hi guys!

My husband originally filed for 485 and 140 in 2015 went through the motion for finger print and EAD approval but as of 02/2016, his AOS stopped at a pending status.

We got married 07/2017 and filed for a 130 on 10/3/17 to be linked with the existing 485 based on our lawyer’s advice.

After mutiple trips to the local office and many many calls, we were told all required files are now sitting at the local Washington DC office waiting to be scheduled for the interview.

Has anyone had a similar case and waiting    for what feels like an eternity for the interview? Is it the transferring of the AOS or is it just that the Washington DC office is so backlogged?

I’ve had 8 infopass appointments in four week frequencies but still getting, you’re in queue.

Thank you!
