No.

Lawyer can ask the IO if you had one. They have been to hundreds of these interviews.

Thanks! Nope, the officer just asked basic questions and collected our new materials. The officer did not really look at our bank statements or other new materials carefully. He only added everything in our file in a folder.

Interview 11/20/18 at 8:00am

Lasted 20mins

Swear In & Took My Finger Print & Picture.

Most Questions Were Geared To My Husband Surprisingly and Few To Myself. Questions that I filled out of the AOS Application.

What’s our name, DOB, Address, Parents Name, Place of Employment Prior to moving to USA and currently (How Long We’ve Been Working There & Hours), Why K1 Route, What We Like About Each Other , What Out Parents Thought About The Process and Additional Evidence ( Bank Statement , Car & Life Insurance , Bills , Pictures & Anything Both In Our Name) Final Questions Were Yes and No Questions Located at The AOS Application( Are You a Spy , Ever Been Denied a Visa ? Etc

Interesting, Guess Just Wait Out The Require Days And If No decision Then A Lawyer May Need to Intervene

It’s holiday season so staff might be taking their PTO’s. I heard some cases are left with out of office officers and that can delay the process. How do we know where our case is?
