Just dropping by to see if anyone in the NY area has received their interview? As of January 8th, my status has been "We are scheduling your interview" :/

I am also waiting for interview. I sent my package in October 2017. I got RFE in January and i sent it back in same month. I-485 Status says ‘Evidence received’ whereas I-130 status says ‘case was received’. No more update. I’m from NY, Long Isand.

I'm also from the NY area, my status has been sitting at ready to schedule for interview since November 2017 :( I checked the processing times for Long Island, NY and it said anywhere from 10.5 months to 29 months... bit ridiculous really!

So after requesting that my case be expedited, I did receive a mail from USCIS today informing me that my case is currently under review and they will contact me shortly with a decision though without asking for supporting evidence with regards to the expedite request. Has anyone witness something like this during the expedite procedure?

I had only the ‘Extract’ of BC which was not accepted. I am in a process of getting my BC this week from my country’s citizenship. Also, have a BC from local consulate now. Good idea to submit Affidavit with BC?
