You can check online at NVC with ur case number, it will where the case exists.

what was the response you to your SR? Mine was like you should receive a decision shortly, 2 months ago.

Btw, i remember u got an auto mail saying last decision taken was may 23rd. Right? Did u receive this before, like in April and March?

Yeah! But I don't know that 23rd may last action to what was related! They don't indicated in the mail for which application are sending the updates..

Before that I received on April 12th one stating that my case was under review and I should receive a notice shortly, and this was related to the I765..

Beside those two mails just the standard mails..

Any New York filers , adjusting their status from a K1 visa heard anything about their case yet? My status updated to ready to schedule for interview in November 2017 and heard nothing since then! Gathering all the documents to reapply for my EAD/AP, but just wondered if anyone has heard anything from NY State?

Filed in October itself and haven't received the EAD in the first place yet :)

What is your status now? pending AOS or I-94 still valid?

from F1, finished school few months back and waiting for EAD/Interview. AOS pending is a limbo state.

Yeah it's really annoying being a 'resident' but not being a resident! But what ya gonna do, I thought this was gonna happen as NY state takes so long to process, just wanted to check in and see if anyone had heard anything! Good luck with your EAD :)
