I just sent the Ombudsman service request! I'll update you if they are going to tell me something!

Did you get at least EAD?

I called yesterday but was late so they didn't transfer me.. This morning I just didn't want to deal with them. I'll try to call them tomorrow morning.

The lady yesterday was mean... she was "You already put 3 inquiries.. blah blah blah" And I replied that it is almost 8 months that I'm waiting!

So I just saw that my EAD is in production, but for the advance parole the tracking is showing "Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision on your case, Receipt Number MSC189xxxxx, remains the same" 

Did it happen to someone else? Not sure if I'll get the combo card.....

Wow congrats, u called them yesterday and they didnt tell u that u r approved?

Yes!

They told me that it was pending.. But II'm not sure about the Advance Parole.....

Congresswoman did not reach back to me... 

 

I want the travel permit... Hopefully I'll get the combo card... I actually don;t care right now for the work permit..
