In few days i will finish the 8th month. Why does their website say 2.5 to 5 months? why some people who file in Feb/March already got theirs? How long you have been waiting?

I think that their website it is not correct and that people who filed in Feb/March and got their were lucky.
I didn't ask about this..

I've been waiting for 7.5 months...

I received this email this morning from Uscis, but I didn't receive anything about the last action they are indicating in the mail.. I think this is relative to the I485 because I got the usual mails for the I765 and I131 the other day....

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on May 23, 2018.

Are you enabling automatic 2-week email notifications? I am not sure what this means.

yeah i am and i am aware of the auto 2-week emails. what i find curious is the "last action taken date of march 22" it mentions, since i have not heard from them (either by text or mail) at all since nov 2017. i dunno what they did or what happened on march 22. or even if it means anything really. maybe just an internal update, just curious what it might be.

Hello. Will the following Affidavit/Notarized document be accepted by USCIS from my eldest Brother? He was 15 at the time of my birth.

STATE OF <Name of State>

COUNTY OF <Name of County>

BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, on this day personally appeared <FIRST LAST NAME, who begin by me first duly sworn, on oath deposed and stated as follows:

My name is: <FIRST LAST NAME>

I presently reside at: <Home Address>

My telephone #: <Phone #>

I was born on <Month, Day, Year>

I am a citizen of The United States of America.

I am the elder brother of <Applicant's Name>, and I have personally know <Applicant's Name> since his birth. I was physically present at the time of his birth with my beloved father, along grandparents and other family members at the hospital. I was very happy to see him. I specifically remember that day. We all were very excited. Uncles and aunts wanted a chance to name him. There were many names, my grandfather asked all to write the name on a piece of paper and put it in a bucket, and then he picked one, and the name on that paper was <Applicant's First Name>, and that's how he became <Applicant's First Last Name>.

"Further Affiant sayeth not".
