I will open another SR on June 13 as I got the within 60 days on April 13. Other than that my lawyer told me I have no grounds for expediting and she recommended not going through Confressman as too much pressure may result in an unnecessary RFE based on the cases they have been working on, she told me that USCIS is sending much more RFEs this year than any other year previously. I still want to do it but tbh but They are a big and respected firm and I trust them

I did contact them. They said my case was sent for processing. Not sure what that even means.

It is a mystery! Did you also try with the Obudsman case assistance?

Just wanna let you guys know, I just used my combo card to leave the country. Had no problems coming back in. Basically just got a stamped that said “paroled.” I asked the cbp officer if I can use it again for future travel, He said as long as it’s not expired it’s fine.

In my case I flew with Swiss last March and had no problem, the lady at the counter knew exactly where look for the A.P information when I give her my combo card. Otherwise you can try to flight with American companies.

Flew WOW airlines, I couldn’t check in online on their app, or on the website so I just went a couple hours early to check in at the airport. They knew exactly what it is, so no problems with that either. Good Luck and happy travelling!

After 203 days of waiting we received a RFIE. Reading around it means time resets. I'm so disheartened. No EAD either. We filed on October 30th. How is that possible to receive a RFIE, not even a RFE after more than 200 days. We are losing hope.
