You can simply do the calculation. 05/14-04/30

Wow. That was fast regardless of when they actually received your RFIE response.

This morning I went to the Uscis office of San Francisco, to see if I could expedite the advance parole. What they could do, it was an emergency travel permit, that last 30 days, from the date on which will be issued (paying $575 and it is not sure that it is gonna be granted). The lady told me to wait, because I cannot leave until school finish and I need to organize my trip, and then she told me that she could see that an officer is working on my case, and that maybe they will approve it soon, without having to ask for the emergency permit.

About my student f1 visa situation the lady told me that my status is void, so I can quit going to school and maintain full status as a student. Then I went to talk with the guy of the international office of my college, and he said yep, but on your own risk. Not sure what I should do and what I want..

 I130 approved 10/18/2016 - PD 07/11/2016

My AOS timeline: I-765, I-131, I-485

10/12/17:Package sent

10/17/17: Package received

10/24/17: NOA received. Priority date: 10/23/17

10/30/17: Biometric appointment notice

11/13/17: Biometric appointment done

you’ll be in completely legal status, the only risk is that if your aos is denied, you’ll have to leave and probably appeal the case offshore and then come back when you get a new 797C. If your marriage is legitimate I don’t believe you’ll have a problem getting it approved, however the timelines now are well beyond frustrating.

You have an approved i130? That combined with a decent interview are the key players of a marriage AOS

You should be ok. You will pending AOS. Only risk is as others said if it got denied, but that is a rarity if you are in the clear.

I wonder how she knew if someone is working on the case, because I asked that question many times and they always say we cant know.

Yes, also the guy at school told me that if I get denied it's gonna be bad, but our marriage is good, and I'm pregnant, so I don't think to have any issues.

She was looking at the computer, maybe she could see something like "case with officer"... no idea!

I was so nervous and frustrated that I just cried almost the all time..

I’m pretty sure the cases are approved they are just holding these on because X reason. Many sources aay that the FBI Name check is extremely backlogged, perhaps is that or they just need to hold on on giving visas.
