I am sooo infuriated with these guys! I called today after 6 months since filing, all they have for me is yet another SR with a 2 weeks wait + "because you had a RFE, it can add another 60-90 days to the processing time". Thanks, fellas! I'm sure the 6th SR will be a lot more helpful than the other 5 <_<

We are in the same boat. I actually filed my AOS on September 25 but almost everyone got their EAD and AP even GC.

Calling is the most infuriating experience. NO REAL HELP WHAT SO EVER!

I put SR for expedite last week cause I got a job offer. Seems like even that won't help. Hope we will get good news soon.

Are you Married to a LPR? I have 204 days today :(

Yep, my husband is a LPR.

We got married in May 2016, sent I130 in June 2016 (and it has been approved in October 2016).

After this we had to wait until my PD was actual, so I sent the AOS last October..

Im sorry to say this, but your application will not be processed until your priority becomes current. After your PD becomes current (i guess next one or two months), your EAD will then be sent for processing (which will take yet another 2-3 months to be processed). Dont keep high hopes, your EAD might total take another 4-5 months. That is ny guess and mu opinion.

I’m under the same exact scenario. Looking at various websites it appears to be a trend with EAD/AP for F2A not being approved yet and with significant delays.

My PD was actual under the "dates for filing family sponsered.... " when I sent the AOS.

I didn't sent it before it was actual.
