Hi guys, after a long wait and no updates from USCIS. I received an email this morning saying that USCIS has taken an action in my case. When I logged in I found out that my status has changed from case was received to we approved your case !! Ead was approved finally, I’m so happy !!!!! I hope you guys get some good news in these coming days.

I am sorry for that. But don't worry! When you receive your RFE, answer ASAP. 

In my case, after 7 days that USCIS received the response for the RFE, my EAD was approved.

10/12/17:Package sent

10/19/17: Package received

10/25/17: SMS/ email 

10/30/17: NOA received. Priority date: 10/19/17

11/10/17: Biometric appointment notice

11/20/17: Biometric appointment

11/20/17: Biometric done

03/13/2018: Received RFE

03/23/2018: Response received 

03/30/18: EAD card is being produced 

03/03/18: EAD approved 

04/05/2018: Card in hands+ approval letter+ courtesy letter for I-693

04/09/2018: Received SSN card

04/18/2018: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview ( updated just in the end of August/18)

01/18/19: Interview scheduled 

02/26/19: Interview day ( approved )

02/26/19: Card is being produced 

03/01/19: Card was mailed to me

03/02/19: Received approval  letter for forms I-485+ I-130

03/05/19: Card in hands

Oh I see.. I think my interview will be in Seattle office. It seems taking over 11 months. Another long wait..

I got the same RFE. They asked me to send the most recent tax retrun cuz I only sent W2 with AOS. So I sent 2016 tax return. They received my response to RFE on March 22nd. My EAD and AP got approved on April 3rd. They updated my account on April 5th.

myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov (This website seems updating faster than case status one)

 

Your EAD will get approved soon. Good luck.
