hi guys! how s everyone doing?

just a quick question as I am about to send my packet too: the forms i-485 and i 765 are the ones without a barcode? this thing and adobe are driving me crazy:rolleyes:

how long did it take you guys to get your NOA1s? My AOS application was delivered and signed for on Oct 17 (signed for by Chyba) and its been a week now but I haven't received even the text notifications. Yes, I sent the e-notifications forms (G-1145).

Passport 17-Feb-22 Drop-off at USPS (expedited processing and shipping) ~ 22-Feb-22 Status: In Process ~ 08-Mar-22 Passport book shipped ~ 09-Mar-22 Status: Approved. Passport book in hand.

N-400     28-Jun-21 Filed online ~ 28-Jun-21 Received NOA + "Biometrics will be re-used" notice ~ 14-Dec-21 Interview scheduled ~ 25-Jan-22 Interview. Approved. Case status: Oath will be scheduled.  ~ 01-Feb-22 Oath scheduled. ~ 14-Feb-22 Oath ceremony.   

ROC        11-Jun-20 Application sent via FedEx ~ 16-Jun-20 Case received ~ 29-Jun-20 (Old) biometrics applied to case ~ 01-Jul-20 NOA ~ 23-Dec-21 Case transferred to new office ~ 25-Jan-22 Combo interview with N400. Case approved. 

AOS        13-Oct -17 Application sent via FedEx ~ 17-Oct-17 Case received ~ 24-Oct-17 Fingerprint fee received ~ 25-Oct-17 NOA1 ~ 17-Nov-17 Biometrics ~ 23-Nov-17 Status "We are scheduling
                 your interview" ~ 24-Jul-18 Status "We have scheduled your interview" ~ 28-Jul-18 Interview notice received in the mail  ~ 29-Aug-18 Interview ~ 30-Aug-18 Status "Case was approved" 
                 04-Sep-18 Received approval / welcome letter in the mail ~04-Sep-18 Status: "Card was mailed to me" ~07-Sep-18 Green card received

EAD/AP  13-Oct Application sent via FedEx ~ 17-Oct Case received ~ 25-Oct NOA1 ~ 17-Nov Biometrics ~ 09-Jan Approved ~ 13-Jan Notice received ~ 18-Jan Combo card received

K1 Visa   28-Jun-17 Case ready (No packet 3 received) ~ 22-Jul Medical ~ 02-Aug Interview (APPROVED!) ~ 03-Aug Visa issued ~ 08-Aug VOH ~ 14-Sep POE (Abu Dhabi) ~ 01-Oct-17 Got married!

Link  above Goes Indept on who clicks yes for 245 i , I  think that's for person admitted on an immigrant visa & violation of their status from other visas.

 

Yes you still need to place a "x" under which Family -Based category you fall under . 

For me my category would be under Family - Based Number 3; Person admitted  K1/ Fiancé Visa ( Nonimmigrant )

Within 6 days I got a text and email notification . 10/16 Recieved , USCIS Responded 10/22. 

 

Read the time frame to get a reply/ receipt notice for filed application is 30 days. Previous filers got a response in 1,2 and even 3 weeks . 

 

Hope you get a receipt during this week!

Got a txt and email last week with the receipt number. The number still does not work in MyUSCIS. Is this normal? 

Sent my packet oct 12th and was received the next day. By 16th a got the emails..

Did you type it into that link ? Normally it takes few days to update or like the text / emails states that they suggest that you wait until you received your Form I-797 before checking your case.

Just popped mine in the mail today. :D

Entered Sept 1st, married on Sept 26th and been busy with life this past month. Man how time has been flying.

AOS from K1 Timeline:

10/25/2017 -Mailed AOS packet including I-485, I-765, I-131 via USPS
10/27/2017 -Packet arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox
11/01/2017 -Priority Date
11/02/2017 -SMS Confirmation
11/06/2017 -NOA I-797 received for all 3

12/01/2017 -Went to scheduled biometrics appt
01/09/2018 -Receipt available online: AoS finally updated, EAD/AP still getting "Case number invalid" 

01/09/2018 - AoS is marked ready for interview to be scheduled. waiting for date.

02/02/2018 -Receive Paper approval notices for EAD/AP. Day 94. Receipt numbers FINALLY updated from invalid to approved lol.

02/07/2018 - Receive EAD/AP combo card in the mail. Day 99

30/07/2018 - Received notice of appointment for AoS interview scheduled 9/12

12/9/2018 - Had AoS interview and was approved! Day 320

Hi,

My I130 was approved on 30 May 2017. But I entered US on 7th June 2017 on my L1B. I have applied for AOS (I-485, I-765  and I-131) on 10th Oct 2017. I still havent received my 797C nor has my check been encashed.  Also my spouse is a US citizen

Should I call up USCIS to enquire about my case? Will I receive  a new receipt number?

We're on the same boat. Mine, was also received in October 17th and up until now. No notifications and they haven't even cashed the checks yet. :(

11/03/17 - Biometrics Appointment Received (Appt. 11/14/17)

11/14/15 - Biometrics for I-485 & I-765 done

01/08/2018 - Received NOA2 (Request for applicant to appear for initial interview) 

01/17/2018 - EAD/AP approved (Took 92 days)

01/18/2018 - Received Text & Email regarding EAD/AP approval

01/22/2018 - Approval Notice received in the mail

01/22/2018 - EAD/AP card processed and mailed out via USPS. (Estimated delivery date 01/24/2018) 

01/24/2017 - EAD/AP card on hand

02/06/2018 - AOS interview appointment 

02/06/2018 - Interview - Recommended for approval

02/07/2018 - GC being produced

02/15/2018 - GC on hand:dance::dancing:
