Still waiting response to SR is “still working on your case” no REF nothing after biometrics except enquiries from me to them -call, email ,online checks.

I don’t even know what to think anymore.

Hang in there. We had to wait 163 days. Filed 3 SR one by phone two online. No response. Then we called senator, two-3 weeks later we received approval. Try contacting your representative, it might help. Good luck

I know the feeling. :D For sure you are going to receive next week.

Do you have informed delivery from the USPS? It helps a lot. Yesterday morning I new it was coming. Then I went to check on my USCIS account and was showing that they had already mailed.

I received the approval letters last Friday. And my status got updated to "April 6th, We mailed your card to you".

I have been checking USPS informed delivery since last week. Finally, USPS in Kansas city received the package from USCIS today. It says it will deliver by April 11. Yay!! 🙌

did you get SSN card yet?

174 days today!

I called USCIS and I found a very kind guy that tried to transfer me to the higher tier officer, but because he wasn't allowed to transfer calls (too many calls, so they stopped the transfers), so he placed a call back request.

I think after a certain time in the afternoon they stop to transfer calls, because the higher officers are busy...
