From what I can tell, K1's that are adjusting won't have one until we receive our approved greencard. I attempted to place the DoS # from my K1 visa (in my passport) and it wouldn't accept it.   https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/immigrant-fee-payment-tips-finding-your-number-and-dos-case-id is the example, and I have no such paperwork or other than my K1 approval/visa which is now void.

On another subject, is anyone else finding the new processing times page useless. I mean it's great that it gives you a rough estimate of months without having to do the math(9-21m is still stupidly wide lol), but I still liked seeing where they were currently date-wise. Hopefully, they add that value back in. :(

What is the benefit of Verify my Identity on the new USCIS website?

I think it might be better to call.

I submitted SR online in January 25th. They assigned for respond in March 19th. I received their respond by mail in March 26th. It took 2 month.

What was their response?

I did 3 SR, the last one, from March 5 was assigned to an officer on March 29. They said that sent me a response about my inquiry. Probably will say that my form I-485 still under review ( they officially received the response of my RFE on March 23). So frustrating!!!!

The letter said "All my applications are on hold because they sent RFE for I-485. They will resume my applications as soon as they receive my respond to RFE."

Now my status online says "They received my respond to RFE on March 22, and my applications are no longer on hold. They are working on my case again."

The Senator's respond was "My applications are under review and I will receive a decision by mail or other actions shortly"

Shortly?? Within 2 month?? I still have no idea what happened to my fingerprints. I booked infopass for this Friday. No idea if I will receive EAD card before green card. Ha..

Can anyone please advise me how to go about contacting my congressman about my I-765. I still can't even access my receipt number online

You can find your congressman here: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

You should call their office and explain your situation. They may tell you to send a release form by mail, email , or ask you to visit their office. In my case, all my communication with them were by email.

I just looked in the new USCIS account and found out that they are producing my EAD. I hope this is true. After this long wait I don't want to create false expectations. Excited now!!!! Let's see how long will take until I receive it.
