I have to open a new account or is it migrated?

You need to create new account and after you sign in, add your receipt numbers to see updates.

What is the difference?

In my case, it has information that the other one does not have.

For one of my case, one says "case received" while the other one, in addition, says "case approved".

For another case of mine, one says "RFE was sent" while the other one, in addition, says, "We received your response to our RFE".

This new site is amazing!

Has anyone registering on that new site looked at the identity verification section? It looks like it's not entirely necessary, but Im confused by it.  I was looking for the required Department of State Case ID and neither the K1 receipt # or the AoS case # work. Am I missing something or is that received after you go for your interview (they ask for an immigrant data summery sheet which I don't have)?

Regardless, it's nice to see they've updated things. :) Seems a small step in the right direction.

I created an account in the new my USCIS. My I-485 shows that they sent me a RFE ( what is true). But the dates of my other cases (I-130 and I-765) shows the date of OCT 26, instead of OCT 19. Just wondering why...

I also made an account for the new my USCIS. My account says “we are scheduling your interview” and this was in November 20 , 2017 lol. T2 Officer also told me that once you get this status you usually get an answer in 1-2 months but it’s almost April and I never got anything. Made an inquiry with the Congresswoman and she will expedite the case. It’s worth a try for sure.

Anyone call USCIS today?. I was informed during the 2 calls today that the transfer system is down and I cannot get to the second level supervisor. I was instructed to call back before 6 pm today.

I have called both the main USCIS number.

After a while during the day, tier 2 officers become unreachable, this is like a standard procedure for them. You must call at 8 am, and they can transfer you. But, even if they transfer, you are given certain time to be called back by them. I don't think you can reach them when you call before 6 pm, I can only talk to them when I call at 8 am.
