Finally got notification that my husband's EAD was approved this morning! 120 days from USCIS receipt until approval date for us. I'm going to assume that his EAD card will be the EAD/AP combo card as we filed them both concurrently with the AOS stuff. We were an October 27th filer.

I applied SS the day after I received my EAD without problems. You should be okay.

That is not good... Call and ask if it has been mailed and ask for the tracking number!

If it has been lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong place etc.. not good.

I saw a girl post (November filer on Facebook) that USCIS put in the wrong address for her card(Something Something LANE instead of Something Something STREET) and she never received it after her status said it was delivered. She called them and they told her to apply AGAIN and start the process over! And PAY the fee again...! Thankfully she went to the other address and she was able to find the card there!

called uscis, they rep said to call back in 30 days or make an infopass appt. All dates here are booked for the next 2 weeks which s as far as i can see. Will keep trying.Thank you.

In case it's useful info: I recently wrote a program to continually check for USCIS InfoPass appointments at the NYC location. I found the vast majority of openings happened at midnight and were swiped up within 30 min or so.

Not sure if it varies by location but be sure to try searching for appointments at midnight if you're having problems.
