Hi all!

I've got rejected in the k1 visa at September 28,2017.. and I don't know what to do!  Any one can help? Or anyone had same situation and passed it

Thanks for sharing your informations

Its time to apply a CR-1 marry you're fiancee and apply for the spouse visa. Once K1 is denies that's it! it has no appeal process. My fiancee was denied too, had I known, I wld have applied for the CR-1 at first.

Why is the President blamed for everything in Immigration when obvious lack of preparation might be the real reason??

The current administration has clamped down.  I did not see the OP trying to blame President Trump.  I believe they were stating a fact that the priorities have changed under the current administration, right or wrong.  I do not believe that it was about blame but more about the current administration's priorities.  Things have definitely changed under the Trump Administration.  Right now all that means to most of us is to be more patient.

I think this particular case is definitely about not front loading a petition where there is a definite red flag.

Define "rejected" , were you given a 221g for AP (administrative processing or to bring more documents or did they say the petition
will be returned to USCIS ?

If they have or intent to return it then it will expire and die and you will have to re file or better yet, marry and file a CR1 and overcome
the reason(s) for the refusal. That can be done with frequent visits and a front loaded new petition if the consular finding was lack of bona fide
relationship.

I have read posts by this poster and they seem to follow the info from that region pretty closely so I am inclined to accept their data. All they said was K1 approval rate from the region was exceptionally low 5-6 years ago. 2-3 years ago it become a little higher. Then this year it dropped back to extremely low. The drop correlates with the new President and his rhetoric. Given their other posts, I don't believe their intent was to "blame" the president and start a flame war.

And all of us are here because we want the same outcome, it's natural to feel emotional and frustrated.

Did things really change a lot on uscis applications after trump winning presidency ?  I submit my previous application before he was president and things went ok , but now I'm about to start another process and I'm scared because of all the things people are saying about trump . Anyways to the person who made this post , you are not alone in in this . My k1 visa for my fiancé got denied too and it was very devastating , his was denied for something in his police report but we won't give up until we are finally together for good and if you do truly love this woman you guys shouldn't give up either . Best wishes

Agreed 1 Zillion percent. The fraudulent cases are the reason behind the long waits. Legitimate couples pay the price here, and it is very sad. Btw, the petitioner is 33 years older than her male beneficiary Fiance'. Now, not to rain on anyone s parade, but, cases with giant red flags like these, cause the long waits.
