the G325A is no longer in use

you don't need a citizenship certificate with the i864, nor bank statements necessary unless he needs the money in the bank as assets

now is it your mom the beneficiary or your mother in law? if you are the petitioner, than you must file the i864, the petitioner must always file the i864 and your husband would be your household member, filing the i864A, you don't file 2 i864

if he needs to file the i864A, then he would need proof of being a USC

the i693 has to be done before the interview, and I don't see that you are filing the i765 work permit or the i131 travel document. how long has she been in the country?

they are both free, at least you should file for the work permit, she can get her social security number and it would be proof of being temporarily legal in the country, she can do many things with a work permit

Thank you so much for your reply,

the beneficiary is my mother. Sorry but yes, I filed I-864 and my husband did the I-864A. I forgot to mention but I also filed I- 765 and I-130.

So we don't need to fill up the G 325A, so I don't need to send my passport picture, right? Only my mother?

My mother has only 1 month left for her I-94 so I don't really have much time to do all the medical examination/vaccinations. I want to send the application ASAP.

yes you dont need a G-325A.

And yes you can send the package sans the medical. In fact if you read the instructions on the i-693 the USCIS recommends that you do the medical later so it does not expire.

Thank you so much for all your help.

I read in some post about filling up, i-130A instead of G325A. Is that the replacement for G325A?
