I'm getting frustrated with the delays as I can see clearly that people are getting through YSC service center months faster than us. Is there a way for me to check if they lost it? THey haven't updated the processing times "as of" since May 31st so we can't even be eligible for a case inquiry. Could a request to expedite make them go look for it?

The key to all of this is patience. My case was stuck for a year and 1 month. And I made a lot of service inquiry and expedite request and that only delayed my case trust me. Because when you do inquiry request it takes your case out of the line. My suggestion is to just have patients to wait a little longer

you filed late March and receipt is dated 20th of March / you are just slightly past the 6 month mark and well within the timelines

not to disappoint you, but this is a slow process and you will need a lot of patience

BTW put the country here and more information can come from people from there as cases go much slower in high fraud countries

good luck

Thanks everyone for the responses. I guess we'll have to just keep waiting. And yes I guess it is 6 months, hard to do math when you're feeling impatient. My wife is from Ukraine which I guess probably is a high-fraud country. We've got so much documentation of a real relationship that I think it's kind of silly but I suppose they'll be suspicious no matter what.
