Okay I ask this question already BUT I'm so confused right now because they said NO and in another forum they said YES

I am trying to collect all the documents needed for the I-129F  but I don't know if the affidavit is needed  and needs to be sent along with the package or I just don't have to worry about it, and just send it later on when my fiance in Colombia is asked for it in the interview so I will send it to him  before the interview.

And please tell me the actual documents needed along with the Package I-129F

I have  e- Notification  form G-1145

I-129F

Check

Letter of him and I saying we will mary each other

G-325A only his, I'm not sure if I need to do one

Proof of relationship

With the new i129F the G325 is not required anymore. Previously, yes, you would have need one each.

The Affidavit of Support is for the Embassy stage, not to be sent now.

You need a passport picture each.

Petitioner's birth certificate or copy of all the pages in the passport.

Proof of having met in person in the last two years is the relevant part regarding proof of relationship. Include boarding passes if you have them, and definitely passport stamps (along with the biographic page so they can see the passport number matches) or even the i94 travel history if the beneficiary has visited the States.

You don't need lots of pictures, but include at least one with family if you have any.

Certified copy of the divorce decree and criminal records if applies, and terms and conditions if you met on a dating site or anywhere they might consider as such.

I think that's it :) Good luck!

Okay I don't have a birth certificate, in the form it says your citizenship information, so I put Naturalization I guess I have to attach a copy of that certificate. I guess I should attach a copy of my passport at the time of flying to Colombia right? so it counts as a proof but not all of the pages if I am including my certificate copy

what about a birth certificate from him? do I need to send one?

Definitely include the Naturalization certificate for proof of citizenship.

Your fiance will need the birth certificate at the Embassy stage of the process, not now.

And yes, if you have the stamps from Colombia, definitely include them too, so it proves you were there when you are saying you did :)

And Another question Do I need to make copies of everything and send the original of everything or Just send the originals and keep the copies? Cause I have seen a lot of packages and they type that they have the originals so I am a little confused

Lol, it's ok. To clarify, there's no point on sending the affidavit now, because that information will be take into consideration by the CO at the Embassy... And they care about the current situation, so there's always a chance lots of things change in the 6-7 average period till the interview.

Send copies and keep the originals. The instructions specifically say to do it that way. It's important to keep the originals, so you have them available to make more copies if the postal service or USCIS misplace anything. Of course, that's regarding your official documents, such as your Naturalization certificate. All forms and letters of intent have to be original.

Also make a copy of the whole package before sending it, for future reference and, again, in case they lose anything
