Mine happened in February as well . I involved the Congressman. When he call uscis they told him it was sent to nvc then after he call nvc .nvc in April they lied to him that the case was forwarded to the embassy. Then in May nvc said it was a mistake that they never received it from uscis.

It me ur case is in same situation as mine.

i text my attorney.he said i have to wait.  Because of pandemic,everyone is suffering.mostly offices r closed.lets hope for the best.if u got some update please let me know.i will if i got updat.thanks

Yes its in embassy now. But embassy is not issuing interview letter bc its closed till 31/3/21.

roughly its takes 6 months.but u can call to nvc & embassy & ask them where is ur case at present.

My case is at uscis aftr 8months...aftr this status in how many days uscis snd reply...this is my case history..plz show urs..
