INTERVIEW FOR MINOR CR-2

Hi,

 

My cousin is 14 years old and he is scheduled for an interview for his green card Category CR2.  Since he is a minor, does he needs fingerprints? Also,

his step dad and mom live in the States, who should accompany him to the Interview?

Either his father, step dad or mother should attend the interview with him.
