So last night i paid the IV pee and it's IN PROCESS, how long until i can START NOW and submit the DS-260? and how long until i can send  my package?

Send ur package. They just won’t look at it till ds260 is complete.  This will save time for if u complete it.  Ur package already there.   I got this info from a rep at nvc.  It’s reliable   I sent mine yesterday and just paid the fee today

Once u have the cover sheet and the check list. And everything on the list and pay the 120$

yup you are correct , 

we cannot do Electronic Processing for India's Embassy, 

so we go the long way lol Mail processing will take UP to 11 weeks for processing

I mailed out the AOS and IV papers on Thursday and the USPO says it will be delivered by today. How long do you think before they will have it "scanned" in so I can call and check they have received it?

Hey Guys! 

Tomorrow I'll be filing AOS but I had a quick question. I receive payment through my employer as personal checks. Do you think a verification of employment letter and copy of the checks is sufficient information to send along with my W-2 and Tax Returns? I don't want to have issues with NVC.

Congrats!! how did you find out that NVC received your case? Did you keep calling them or you received e-mail/letter from them? 

 

Also did USCIS tell you by e-mail or updating your status on case tracker about when they sent your case to NVC?

 

My 130 was approved on 10/2 and received letter in mail on 10/4 but online its still saying "Case Received" I keep calling NVC but they haven't received it yet.!
