Okay, thank you very much... I have too read the NVC guides again.... I will not have the interview in my own home country so I will look everything up

Oh! so you should be having an eye on those 3 initial letters of the case number then!

the VJ member also told me you can always request for a change of consulate location by writing a request if NVC has mixed it up.

New to this thread.

Just paid the AOS fees and now waiting for it to be processed. After that I'll have to pay the IV fees followed by DS 260. Right?

I'm the sole sponsor for my wife and have my own business. Besides AOS, IRS Transcripts would I need any other evidence of income. My income meets the income required or above the poverty guideline.

IRS transcripts for the most recent year right? or past three years

Thanks in advance and good luck to all

They only need last year tax information but I would recommend to send last three years just to be on safe side, if it is possible for you. If I were you, I would also add my current income ( example: current pay stub, employment letter or business license etc ).

And you are right. After AOS payment went thru, you will have to pay IV fees followed by DS 260. Good luck !!

What about bank statements, credit card and what not. How do the figures on AOS get verified?

You can add anything you like to satisfy yourself and the NVC. What figures on AOS you are talking about? Are you talking about the tax income? Tax transcript has all the information that NVC need.

i'm on my 6th week after getting my scnd scan date. No news yet... its really frustrating... Gud luck fr ur cc sooon..

We'll be at 6 weeks on Thursday.  So nervous...I just don't want a checklist.    I'm praying that if they require any additional documents (or lost some)  they allow him to bring them at the interview.

When this is all over I don't know what I'm going to do...I'm so looking forward to not waiting, worrying and stressing over missing my husband.  lol!  I want the normal things to stress about (bills, kids etc) not when I'll have him home.
