FINALLY my status says AT NVC. CC 10/17/2017, scan date 08/29/2017.

Did they ever tell you it was under review? Or was it the same "it takes up to 11 weeks" answer and then it changed?

I called sometime early last week and all they said was that they had received it and to wait 11 weeks for a decision. I think it depends on who picks up your call. but the truth is that it is taking about 7-8weeks to hear back from then, assuming no RFE. i have been checking the site everyday since and i just checked today expecting the same thing and i sat " AT NVC" and i think not hearing from them yet is a good thing because it means theydont need anything else from you.  good luck!

Does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to provide with a scan date once they receive your supporting documents/AOS package?

A scan date is the day they receive the package so ask if they received the package, not the scan date. I you tracked you're package give it two days after arrival and call

Hey

I called today and got case number and invoice no.

Try calling again :)

Looks like our case has been making use of the maximum time allowed on each stage :( The person said they have until mid-night to create a case number since it's supposed to be  up to 14 days after they receive it.... I'll try again tomorrow

It looks like some people received case complete even though they did not send in the police certificate. The checklist just says that they have to bring the certificate to the interview.

That means I wasted at least 3 weeks waiting for a police certificate when I could have sent the package without it.

I'm hoping for a case complete by early November at the latest.
