from couple days to couple weeks. We sent the documents Sept 8, NVC got it at Sept 12, but our scan date is Sept, 21

And my status just changed to at NVC!!!!!! I can't believe it!! I checked like 4 times today already and I just did and it changed!!! I am beyond happy still have to call to confirm

I just looked at my online status and the AOS line has dieppeared. I called and we have a case complete!!!! I was so excited I literally screamed cause I checked it during one of my college classes. 😊

Hello VJ Fam so my husband still lives at home with his father, he waiting for me to move back to the US before we buy a house. Would his father have to also submit an AOS and provide financial evidence; Even tho he's not going to be a joint sponsor ?

Do not count me to it... but I am a US Citizen and live at home as well, I did not have anyone file an AOS to provide any financial evidence..... I think as long as you comply with the income requirements, you do not need to have anyone file for it.... if you do not meet the income requirement and etc.. you may need to have someone else also submit the AOS... and if you do.. I think you need to also provide all of their documents.... you can call the NVC and verify..

2/22/2017: I-130 SENT
3/1/2017: I-130 NOA 1
8/3/2017: I-130 Approved
8/16/2017: Receive IV Bill
8/16/2017: Pay IV Bill

8/25/2017: Pay AOS Bill
8/28/2017: Submit DS-261

8/30/2017: Send AOS Package

8/30/2017: Send IV Package

9/8/2017: NVC Received

11/1/2017: Case Completed at NVC

Approximately  51 - 55 days to review so your expected date would be end of October....

Scan date 7 sptmeber no news yet. Two of the representative said its in review and than on guy said its not in review yet... i don't know whats happening

I think I called Wedneday and they told me mine was not in review.

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am new to this thread. Just last week I received a letter from USCIS, TSC noting that my case is approved (NOA2) dated October 02, 2017 and they have sent my case to NVC. Besides this letter I haven't received any e-mails nor there have been updates to my case made online on USCIS website (still says case received). 


How long should I wait till I hear something from NVC? Would NVC contact me or beneficiary for my case? At what point should I call them to request my case number?
