You may want to call the customer service line at the embassy that handles immigrant visas so they can send you a temporary password to your email- we had the same problem and they resolved it after we called

Wow thank you. Please where do I get the customer care line or can you help me with it if you do please.thank you. Did you input the username and password  in the box provided by the CGI Federal secure Access page?. Thank you.

My question is, do we have to register before attending the interview?? Also, I thought you pick up at the designated location given to you by the CO for pickup.....
I need to know so I won't miss anything.

• Get interview date
• do medicals and all needed
• attend the interview
• then pickup

Is that the process or this dhl things and registering are needed before the interview.

The registration notifies you on when your visa is printed&ready for pick up while the dhl number only enables you to call them confirmation if your visa is ready for pick up.
