Good Afternoon,

I have a doubt when filling I-485. On page 2, part 1, nr 19. It asks for "nonimmigrant visa from this passport (if any)". I'm not sure what to put there. Let me explain my situation.

I entered the US on my B1/B2 visa, that visa is in a passport that expired on 2015, therefore I travel with both the expired and current passport. On my current passport I have a Q1 visa that expired already and a C1/D visa that is still valid.

Wich information should I put for that question, the Visa I used to enter the country even though its not in that specific passport number or the C1/D (which you are not able to adjust status from, and once again, was not the visa used for admission).

Thank you!

Clara

yes use the visa that you came into the country on!  that you were able to AOS on.  that is what they want to know and make sure.  the passport number shouldnt matter as they are all connected anyways!
