Just tested it and I have no problem typing numbers... another option to try is to copy "k-1" and paste it in the box.

I tried it and it still says 'only letters and space'. Have you tried it in section 23c? Because I can type numbers when it comes to a phone number and some other things, but not this one.

Yes, in sectino 23c; I can type any character - might have to do with the form you have or the version of the PDF reader.  K-ONE is K-1 though...

Ok. Thank you. Idk if its supposed to be exactly as in I-94 or I can really type 'K-one'. If I can't fix it then I will just type K-one I guess.

Thank you. I did that and it worked and I also tried disabling 'Acrobat JavaScript' in preferences and it worked too.  Problem solved. :)

Could you pls tell me what reader you used that you allowed you to type the number? And How do you set disabling 'Acrobat JavaScript' in preferences? I couldn't find the function of disabling 'Acrobat JavaScript' in preferences using my Mac. Do you have to use a PC?

It doesn’t matter if you are using Mac or PC.

  • Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat Acrobat Reader > Preferences (Mac OS).

  • From the Categories on the left, select JavaScript.

  • In the JavaScript Security panel uncheck to disable JavaScript completely.

If this doesn’t help you can also open the form in google chrome and it lets you edit it.
